King’s College London has appointed Arlington Advisors to manage the refurbishment and remedial works of the college’s Champion Hill estate in South London.
The estate, which is located in Denmark Hill, provides 714 student beds across six blocks, one of which is a Grade II-listed building. It is occupied by King’s College London on a long leasehold from Dulwich Estates and was redeveloped in 2015.
Planning consent for the refurbishment and remedial works was granted in January this year, and construction, which will be led by Watkin Jones Group, will start next month, with completion expected on a phased basis in September 2026 and September 2027.
