Landsec has submitted a planning application for the first phase of homes at its mixed-use Mayfield development in Manchester.
The proposals will see 879 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments delivered across four blocks at Mayfield Park, alongside shops, restaurants, cafés, a health and wellbeing club and community spaces.
Designed by architects Studio Egret West and shedkm, the scheme will also feature a new park square, rain garden and rock gardens.
If approved, the new apartments will complete the first built phase of the Mayfield district, which also includes 325,000 sq ft of office space across two buildings and a multi-modal transport hub.
