Rapleys has been appointed to social enterprise Fusion21’s construction consultancy services framework across three separate lots.
The company won its place on lot two – stock monitoring and appraisal, lot 12 – valuations and lot 14 – retrofit, all of which have a four-year tenure.
Rapleys has previously provided stock monitoring services for Fusion21 members, but through this new appointment it has extended its ability to work with local authority, central government and housing clients.
