Sandyford Properties has let a 5,808 sq ft unit at Manor Point business park in Holmes Chapel to HoodTech.

The business, which specialises in convertible car roof repairs, has signed a 10-year lease on the industrial and trade counter space.

Sandyford acquired seven units, totalling 28,071 sq ft, at the business park in June 2025.

Charlotte Worthington, senior asset manager at Sandyford Properties, said: “The completion of this lease reflects strong demand for flexible, modern industrial space with easy access to national transport routes, as well as continued occupier confidence despite broader macroeconomic headwinds.”

This letting was secured by Sandyford’s internal asset management team and Legat Owen.
