The freehold of an ultra-prime property in London’s Mayfair is being put up for sale at auction on behalf of the LPA receiver.
The Grade II listed property at 33 Clarges Street is being offered at a guide price of £5.25m, which equates to a capital value of around £1,200/sq ft.
The 4,268 sq ft building currently provides a mix of office and residential space, but is offered with vacant possession and scope for repurposing. The property will be sold at Acuitus’ commercial property auction on 26 March.
