RPG Property has completed circa 6,000 sq ft of lettings at the Crescent office development in Bristol.

Vida Design, ANDigital and Bailey Partnership have all signed for space in the building. A further three suites in the building are currently under offer, which will bring the scheme to 65% let or under offer.

Paul Richardson, investment manager at RPG Property, said: “Crescent’s leasing momentum is testament to the quality of the redevelopment that we have speculatively delivered with occupier experience and sustainability as core design principles. We aren’t slowing down either – with a further 15% of the building currently in legals, we expect to announce more new tenant arrivals shortly.”

Harry Allen, director of office agency at Savills Bristol, added: “Crescent’s combination of net zero carbon status, ability to offer CAT A or fully fitted turnkey offices and market leading amenity have proved a great success in the Bristol market. It was the city’s most active building for 2025 according to the official take-up figures from the Bristol Office Agents Society.”
