MTP Developments in partnership with housing association Stonewater has acquired a residential development site in Billingshurst, Horsham, from Wates Developments for an undisclosed price.
The Marringdean Road scheme will deliver 79 shared ownership, affordable rent and social rent units. Construction is expected to commence in Q1 2028 with the first handovers in Q2 2029, contributing to Stonewater’s Homes England strategic partner commitments.
