The all-electric building has been designed to achieve BREEAM Outstanding and LEED Gold certifications. Construction is scheduled to commence in June 2026 with completion expected in mid-2028.
Thomas Vandecasteele, managing director of Legendre UK, said: “We are excited to be working closely with BEAM on 50 Stratton Street. This appointment marks a key milestone for Legendre UK, reflecting the strength of our continued growth in London as we deliver a premium office building in Mayfair, one of the capital’s most prestigious commercial locations.
“As occupiers place increasing emphasis on future-proofed, energy efficient and sustainable workplaces, 50 Stratton Street demonstrates how central London offices can be redeveloped to meet evolving expectations. Its ambitious sustainability credentials and innovative construction methods will draw on Legendre UK’s proven track record in delivering technically complex, sustainable buildings.”
