The Bedford Estates has appointed Paul O’Grady as its new steward.

O’Grady, who has 20 years of experience in mixed-use asset management, placemaking and stakeholder engagement, replaces Simon Elmer who retired this month following a decade in the role.

O’Grady joins The Bedford Estates from Canary Wharf Group and prior to that he served as portfolio director for Grosvenor’s London estate, with responsibility for the strategic management of the company’s Mayfair and Belgravia assets.
