Delancey has secured planning consent for 121,000 sq ft of flexible higher education space at the Here East innovation and creative campus in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
The new planning consent is a flexible change of use within Here East’s existing 1.2m sq ft footprint and re-allocates 121,000 sq ft of its existing space to make it easier for higher education institutions and universities to gain access and move in.
Here East is already home to a number of academic institutions – including UCL, Loughborough University London, Staffordshire University London, LMA, and Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti – alongside global businesses such as Sports Interactive, Studio Wayne McGregor and Ford Mobility.
