Warwickshire-based property and development firm Redford Developments has appointed Phil Partridge as finance director.
Partridge joins the business from Lovell Partnerships, Morgan Sindall Group’s partnerships and housebuilding division, where he served as head of finance. Prior to that, he was director of finance at Catesby Estates (part of Urban & Civic), having been promoted from group finance officer in 2019.
Richard Mees, chief executive of Redford Developments, said: “Phil and I worked together at Catesby Estates, which was previously owned by our chairman Eric Grove, so Phil’s experience, skills and attitude is already well known to myself and the board at Redford Development. We therefore couldn’t be happier with this appointment. Since we last worked together, Phil has gained invaluable experience in the housebuilding sector at Lovell Partnerships. Phil will be joining the board of Redford Developments from day one and it is great to have him in the team.”
Partridge added: “Joining a newly formed business after 13 years of working for plcs is an exciting change, especially as I know Richard and Eric so well. The opportunity to be part of a senior team who have already acquired a number of nationally significant sites for redevelopment really appealed to me. I look forward to structuring many more deals, working alongside consultants, partners, funders and housebuilders.”
