Ascend has boosted its operational team with the appointment of Menno DeVree to the new role of head of operational change.
DeVree, who has more than 10 years’ experience in the residential lettings and property management sector, was previously head of UK property operations at vacations rental group Awaze.
In his new role, he will review Ascend’s current systems and protocols, developing and implementing efficiencies in the firm’s operations and creating a platform that is ready for growth as the business continues to scale.
