Ascend has recruited Ashleigh Hamilton from Dandara Living as the company’s new head of BTR leasing.
At Dandara, Hamilton was head of leasing and was tasked with designing the overall leasing process, strategy and customer journey ready for the business to launch its initial circa 2,000 BTR homes across Manchester, Leeds and Birmingham.
In her new role, she will oversee Ascend’s BTR leasing operations and manage the ‘lead to lease’ process across more than 7,000 single-family homes nationwide. She will also assist with the mobilisation and launch of a pipeline of new developments, in partnership with both existing and new investor clients, as they go live over the next 18 months.
