Avant Homes Scotland has submitted plans for a £51m GDV residential development on a 17-acre site in Netherburn, South Lanarkshire.
Southburn View will offer 230 new build two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes. Subject to planning, work is set to commence on site in October this year, with the first residents expected to move into their new homes in summer 2025.
