Berkeley Group has secured planning consent for its revised masterplan for The Green Quarter regeneration project in Ealing.
The updated plans increase the number of private and affordable homes to more than 8,000 and deliver significant benefits for both existing and future residents of Southall.
The plans will unlock additional community facilities, greener public spaces and improved connectivity, while enabling the delivery of well-designed higher-density development in later phases.
In addition to the new homes, the site will feature a dedicated indoor community sports facility, health centre, community centre and primary school and more than 13 acres of new parkland alongside public squares, children’s playgrounds and play areas for all age groups.
