Buccleuch Property has leased a 100,240 sq ft warehouse at 6 North West Industrial Estate in Peterlee, County Durham, to The Storage Place.
The company has signed a 10-year FRI lease on the self-contained 5.17-acre secure site at 1 Fiennes Road
Judy George, of Buccleuch Property, said: “We are delighted to welcome The Storage Place to Fiennes Road and look forward to building a relationship with our newest occupier.”
Danny Cramman, director at Avison Young, who acted for Buccleuch on the letting, added: “Achieving a letting so quickly after the previous tenant vacating is a great result for our client. The letting shows that despite national economic headwinds the industrial market in the North East remains robust.”
