Cain International has completed the development phase of its first logistics portfolio.
The 659,310 sq ft, Sherburn42 development in North Yorkshire, contains four standalone Grade A units ranging from 57,750 sq ft to 280,000 sq ft.
Cain acquired a 3.19m sq ft portfolio of seven logistics sites in March 2022 for £550m from Firethorn Trust.
Tim Brazier, senior vice president at Cain International, said: “Reaching practical completion across the portfolio, despite the wider market challenges, represents a significant achievement. All of the assets have been designed to meet the evolving needs of occupiers, delivering quality space, with a focus on ESG and flexibility, which will support businesses looking to establish or expand their presence in the UK.”
The site is being delivered by Firethorn Trust on behalf of Cain. Colliers, Lambert Smith Hampton and Carter Towler are joint lettings agents.
