Savills has recruited Adam Watson as a director in the firm’s development project management service line.
Watson joins Savills’ building and project consultancy (BPC) team from property consultancy Fox Lloyd Jones, where he project-managed industrial developments, including Interchange 26 on behalf of Opus North, and Symmetry Park Doncaster on behalf of Tritax Symmetry.
In his new role, Watson will help to drive new build project management, with an initial focus on the industrial and logistics sector.
Stephen Throp, BPC director at Savills Leeds, said: “We are delighted to welcome Adam to the team, with his appointment bolstering our consultancy offering and further supporting a strong pipeline of activity.”
Watson added: “Savills BPC has an impressive reputation within the property industry, known for providing its clients with reliable and value-adding guidance. I’m looking forward to bringing my years of experience in project management, masterplanning and phased delivery of significant developments, to this exciting new role.”
