Colliers has bolstered its One London team with two new hires.
Jessica Flather, who has 14 years of London office leasing experience, has joined the team as an associate director, and Ben Rainbow has joined as a surveyor in Colliers’ City office team from BNP Paribas Real Estate.
Flather, who joins from Crossland Otter Hunt, will be based in the West End and will work across the Shaftesbury Capital and Cadogan Estates portfolios.
