Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Stuart Bird as an associate in the company’s leisure and restaurants team.
Bird has more than a decade of experience in retail and leisure leasing and previously worked for Far East Consortium Australia.
Matt Ashman, head of leisure and restaurants at Cushman & Wakefield, said: “Stuart’s arrival signals our continued investment in shaping the future retail and leisure landscape in London and beyond. As the market evolves, our clients need agile, informed advisers who understand not just the property, but also the people and concepts driving the next generation of high streets and destinations. Stuart brings exactly that.”
Bird added: “I’m thrilled to be joining a forward-thinking and highly respected team that’s deeply engaged in shaping the future of retail and leisure destinations across the UK. From iconic city centres to emerging regional hubs, it’s an exciting time to be working with landlords who are reimagining the spaces where people live, work and play.”
