Allison Homes has acquired a 26-acre site in south Bristol with outline planning consent for around 500 new homes.
The deal for the site, which is worth an estimated £165m, is the company’s largest acquisition to date in the South West and is part of Allison Homes’ strategic plan to double in scale and strengthen local partnerships.
The site, which sits within a key regeneration zone that includes the Ashton Gate Sporting Quarter, will deliver a mix of private and affordable homes, alongside new green space and infrastructure.
