A freehold, part let, retail and office investment in London’s Hatton Garden is one of the star attractions going under the hammer at Strettons’ 30 March national property auction.
Built in 1910, the four-storey property (pictured) comprises a prominent retail unit over the ground and lower floors, with the upper floors comprising four self-contained office suits. The property currently produces £30,000 per annum and has a guide price of just under £2m.
The Hatton Garden property is one of 40 lots due to go under the hammer at Strettons’ March sale, with a wide range of residential and commercial properties up for grabs.
In addition to a number of lots in London, the catalogue also features ‘The Welsh Tavern’ a freehold vacant public house with development potential in Dartford, Kent, guided at £795,000 plus, and a freehold warehouse/office building on a one acre site in Sheffield, which has a guide price of £750,000.
