Homeware retailer The Cotswold Company has signed for a new 79,299 sq ft unit at Evans Property Group’s Fradley Link development near Lichfield in Staffordshire.
The deal expands the company’s presence at Fradley Park following its 2022 letting of the 139,000 sq ft Axis 38 building, which was also delivered by Evans Property Group.
The retailer has signed for Link79 – one of two environmentally sustainable warehouse units delivered in the first phase of development at Fradley Link. Both units, which were constructed by GMI, are designed to achieve EPC A and BREEAM Excellent ratings and feature EV charging points and solar panel-ready roofing.
The second unit, Link205, which provides 206,161 sq ft of flexible space, is equipped with a high-capacity power supply and is available for immediate occupation.
