Anchorpoint Interiors has signed for a first-floor suite at Knight Property Group’s 4-5 Lochside Avenue office building at Edinburgh Park.
Following completion of the deal, the three-storey pavilion building, which has undergone a comprehensive refurbishment, is fully let.
The building is fully electric, has achieved an EPC A+ rating and is net zero in operation.
