Mileway has let 185,000 sq ft of warehouse and office space to Eurosonic Group at Dumers Lane in Bury, Greater Manchester.
Located near Bury town centre, the site offers easy access to major routes including the M60 and M66. The warehouse features cross-dock loading doors, a forklift charging area, 9m eaves height, energy-efficient LED lighting and a generous parking provision.
