Newmark has appointed Stephen Wolfe as UK head of occupier solutions.
Wolfe, who has more than three decades of experience across property and advisory, previously served on the UK board and as head of commercial at BNP Paribas Real Estate. Prior to that, he led the occupier solutions and valuation business at Strutt & Parker.
In his new role, Wolfe will work closely with the company’s global head of occupier solutions, Peter Trollope, and will be responsible for the full suite of Newmark’s occupier solutions in the UK with a focus on strategic expansion and service delivery.
