A residential development site with planning consent for 16 detached houses in Dunoon, Scotland, has been brought to the market with a price tag of £400,000+.

The 3.48-acre site on the west side of Bullwood Road, which offers uninterrupted views eastwards over the Firth of Clyde towards Gourock, has planning consent for eight bungalows and eight two-storey houses

Dunoon is located within the Argyll and Bute region, on the west shore of the upper Firth of Clyde off Scotland’s west coast.

Anthony Zdanowicz, commercial property associate at DM Hall, which has been instructed to market the opportunity, said: “We anticipate a high level of interest given the attractive coastal position and the well documented shortage of housing stock on the market.”
