Royal London Asset Management Property has appointed James Rowbotham as head of development.
Rowbotham, who has 20 years of development experience, joins the company following more than a decade at Landsec where he served as head of development.
In his new role, Rowbotham will be responsible for Royal London Asset Management Property’s £4bn national development pipeline.
The company has also appointed Andrew Mott, former head of delivery at Peabody, as development manager and is poised to make a further seven new hires across the team.
