Runway East has signed a partnership lease for its eighth site at Longley Place in the centre of Brighton. The flexible workspace operator will occupy 30,000 sq ft at the mixed-use site, which was designed by EPR Architects for L&G.
Runway East has signed a 15-year lease on the ground and first floor of the BREEAM Excellent-rated development, which offers dedicated co-working desks and flexible workspace for 1-70 desks. The flex space is due to open in the summer.
