Sheet Anchor Evolve has completed the acquisition of Dukes Walk Shopping Centre in Waterlooville, Hampshire, for an undisclosed price.
The 42,500 sq ft scheme is located in the heart of Waterlooville and is home to a mix of national and independent occupiers, including PureGym, The Works, Savers, Card Factory, Holland & Barrett, Bonmarché and Edinburgh Woollen Mill. It benefits from more than 250 car parking spaces.

The centre adds to our presence in the South East and our focus now is on active management to support occupancy and the needs of the local community.”
