Span Group has let 4,692 sq ft of office space at the 30,000 sq ft Arclight scheme in London’s Covent Garden to global sportswear brand New Balance.
The company has taken the entire first floor on a 10-year lease, with a tenant break at year five, at a rent of £75.50/sq ft.
The 3,309 sq ft third and 3,275 sq ft fourth floors of the building remain available to let either in Cat A condition or fully fitted.
The landmark redevelopment of the Victorian building at 60 Shorts Gardens in Seven Dials, which has been undertaken by Span Group in partnership with Pearl & Coutts, has also secured lettings to The Traitors: Live Experience and Poolside AI.
Joshua Golding from Span Group said: “Securing New Balance as an anchor office occupier at Arclight is a major endorsement of the scheme. Alongside the arrival of The Traitors: Live Experience and Poolside AI it reflects the strength of Seven Dials as a destination for both global brands and innovative businesses.”
CBRE advised New Balance and Bluebook and RX London represented Span Group.
