Stanhope is partnering with Wilbe Labs to deliver an 11,854 sq ft early-stage science incubator as well as laboratory services across 24,000 sq ft of growth space at White City Place in West London.
Wilbe Labs will occupy part of the fourth floor at WestWorks, in addition to providing services to the fitted grow-on laboratory units at MediaWorks.
At WestWorks, Wilbe Labs will deliver 10 private CL2 wet labs and one shared laboratory capable of accommodating approximately five additional companies, and at MediaWorks, the firm will provide supporting services to the larger, lab-ready suites ranging from 4,000 sq ft to 10,000 sq ft.
