Strettons has appointed Sam Boothby from CBRE as head of lease advisory in its valuations and advisory services team.
Boothby acted on behalf of a number of major institutional landlords at CBRE and has extensive expertise in advising both corporate clients and occupiers on commercial rent reviews and lease renewals, break removals and re-gears, as well as providing strategic advice for commercial properties and portfolios.
