Strutt & Parker has appointed Gary Higgins as the firm’s new managing director.
Higgins joins the company from BNP Paribas in London, where he spent 20 years in senior leadership roles, most recently serving as managing director, UK corporate client coverage.
In his new role, he will be responsible for steering Strutt & Parker through the next phase of its growth strategy, focusing on expanding its market share in existing and emerging markets, as well as strengthening its UK network.
The company has also appointed Tamerah Couchman as head of marketing and client experience. Couchman joins Strutt & Parker from Carter Jonas and brings a wealth of experience in estate agency, rural and commercial property marketing.
