Strutt & Parker has appointed Fred Cook as head of estates and farm agency for the central and southern region.
Cook, who previously spent five years leading residential sales from Strutt & Parker’s Salisbury office, rejoins the business from Prime Purchase, where he has spent the past four years advising private clients on the acquisition of country houses, farms and estates across the South West.
