Trebor and Hillwood have let the 33,139 sq ft Unit 7 at Access @ Eastern Gateway in Ipswich to an unnamed national distributor.
Four units, ranging from 12,897 to 52,491 sq ft, are still available for immediate occupation at the scheme, which is part of the wider Eastern Gateway commercial park.
Greg Dalton, development director at Trebor, said: “We’re delighted to have completed the lease and to welcome this fantastic occupier to our scheme in Ipswich. We worked closely with them to ensure the legal process was done on a fast-track basis, with both parties wanting to achieve occupation as soon as possible. The lease was completed within five weeks of agreeing terms which is a great result.”
