BNP Paribas Real Estate has relocated its London headquarters to Harewood Avenue in Marylebone as part of the group’s strategy to bring together its entities in major cities ‘under one roof’.
The new headquarters spans two buildings – 7 and 10 Harewood Avenue – and features a range of onsite amenities including a client conferencing and hospitality suite, roof terrace, employee restaurant, coffee bar, gym and contemplation room.
The majority of HQ employees have relocated to the new space and the group will maintain a presence at 5 Aldermanbury Square for its City facing teams.
