Tritax Big Box REIT has let the 112,148 sq ft Unit 3 at Symmetry Park in Aston Clinton, Northampton, to a wholesale distributor.
The occupier has agreed a 15-year lease on the unit, which is situated adjacent to the A41. Following this latest deal, only the 56,034 sq ft Unit 2 (pictured) remains available to let at a quoting rent of £14.50/sq ft.

Bridget Outtrim, director in the industrial and logistics team at Savills, which alongside Brasier Freeth advised Tritax on the letting, added: “We were able to secure the new occupier prior to the previous tenant’s lease termination, an excellent result for Tritax Big Box. What’s more, given the relative good value of Aston Clinton, compared to other comparable schemes in nearby locations serving London, we have considerable interest in the remaining unit.”
