Vistry has secured planning consent from West Northamptonshire Council to deliver a further 361 homes at the Northampton South Sustainable Urban Extension (NSSUE).
The homes are in addition to the approximately 1,000 mixed-tenure homes already under construction by Vistry, alongside a new local centre featuring shops and sports pitches.
The new development forms the final phase of the NSSUE and will be delivered by Vistry and Latimer under their Vistry Latimer joint venture, alongside Lagan Homes.
