Zephyr X has submitted a planning application to build a new build-to-rent (BTR) scheme on a prime site in Milton Keynes city centre.
The redevelopment of 500 Avebury Boulevard – formerly the offices of Allianz – will provide 376 luxury apartments across eight floors.
Each apartment will feature a luxury kitchen with integrated appliances and luxurious bathroom units.
