BNP Paribas Real Estate promotes Flanagan to MD of Ireland role

BNP Paribas Real Estate has promoted Peter Flanagan to the role of managing director of its Ireland business. 

Flanagan, who is head of the company’s capital markets division, will report in to Laurent Boucher, deputy chief executive officer of BNP Paribas Real Estate.

He has more than 25 years’ experience in the Dublin property market and joined BNP Paribas Real Estate from Knight Frank where he was a director in the capital markets team.

Prior to that, Flanagan worked at BNP Paribas Real Estate for more than 10 years across retail, industrial/logistics and capital markets business lines.

Boucher said: “We are delighted to have a talent such as Peter leading the team and will continue to build and develop the investment business in Ireland, in accordance with BNP Paribas Real Estate’s strategy. Peter will bring a wealth of experience to the Irish business and we look forward to his contributions to the company’s continued growth and success.”
