Bruntwood SciTech has let nearly 15,000 sq ft of space to two companies at the Grade II listed Pall Mall building in Manchester.
Global property developer FEC has signed for 4,992 sq ft of fully fitted and furnished workspace for its new UK headquarters and architecture practice Sheppard Robson, which led the recent £33m redevelopment of Pall Mall, has taken 9,956 sq ft across two floors.
The EPC A-rated building is net zero in construction and operation and Bruntwood SciTech is also targeting BREEAM Very Good accreditation.
