Newmark has been appointed as joint sale and letting agent alongside Savills at the Advanced Manufacturing Innovation District Scotland (AMIDS).
The 52-hectare district, which is located adjacent to Glasgow Airport, forms part of the Glasgow City Region City Deal and is being delivered by AMIDS (Renfrewshire), a joint venture between Renfrewshire Council and Buccleuch Property.
The scheme will offer development plots and commercial space intended to attract advanced manufacturing, engineering and high-tech occupiers from across the UK and overseas.

The wider project team includes Tweed Property, Halliday Fraser Munro, PMP, Civic, Harley Haddow and Turley.
