Avant Homes East Midlands has acquired a nine-acre development site in Sutton-in-Ashfield and been granted planning permission for a £22.8m residential scheme.
The Silverhill Edge development, which is located off Fisher Close, will comprise a mix of 84 two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes.
Work is expected to start on site in early autumn and it is anticipated the first homes will be released for sale in November.
