Oak Tree Mobility has signed for 10,164 sq ft of office space on the ground floor of Park House near Bristol Parkway railway station.

The mobility furniture specialist has signed a 10-year lease on the space in a deal negotiated by Colliers’ national offices team on behalf of landlord Regional REIT c/o ESR Europe.

Tom Powell, CEO of Oak Tree Mobility, said: “Our continued success and growth meant we needed a larger office to meet our needs both practically in terms of office location with parking and good transport links, and that matches our ambitions in terms of quality and amenities to attract and retain top talent. Park House meets these requirements and some.”

James Preece, director in the national offices team at Colliers, added: “Oak Tree Mobility were seeking to accommodate their staff on a single floor of a high quality office in a location that had excellent transport connections. Park House ticked all the boxes.”

Knight Frank is the joint agent at Park House.
