CBRE appoints new head of occupier sustainability and ESG for continental Europe

CBRE has appointed David Maguire as head of occupier sustainability and ESG, continental Europe.

Maguire previously worked in CBRE’s occupier ESG team in the UK and prior to that he led Foster + Partners’ corporate ESG strategy. In his new role, he will be responsible for leading CBRE’s sustainability services offering for its occupier clients across continental Europe.

Ludovic Chambe, head of sustainability and ESG services, advisory services, continental Europe, at CBRE, said: “David brings a wealth of experience with occupier clients, enhancing our ability to advise companies on how to navigate future challenges and opportunities. He’s an inspiring advocate for sustainability and a leader who has the ability to translate what’s coming into tangible actions for the here and now.
