Delancey has appointed Emma Murray from Fiera Real Estate as director, capital strategies.
At Fiera Real Estate, Murray served as director of business development and capital raising and during her tenure, she was responsible for raising £2.1bn for both UK-only and pan-European strategies.
In her new role, she will work across all Delancey’s capital strategies spanning both debt and equity, supporting existing mandates as well as new opportunities and separately managed accounts.
