LCP has completed a trio of lettings at Multipark Pensnett in the West Midlands.
Car body shop and alloy wheel refurbishment company Hot Wheelz has agreed a five-year lease for Building 22, Bay 3; CJP Homes has taken Building 22, Bay 4, for new company Renew Builders Merchant; and Badam and Robinson Homes has taken 5,729 sq ft at Building 22, Bay 5.
Paula James, LCP industrial lettings manager, said: “Over the past few months, we’ve been preparing for these new lettings on Multipark Pensnett and it’s great to see local companies expanding and thriving. Providing good-quality units on a secure estate is attracting businesses who value safety and security, and we’re continuously investing to improve it.”
LCP Group is investing more than £1m on refurbishing several units at Multipark Pensnett this year after already spending £560,000 last year on improvements to four buildings.
