L&G Affordable Homes has purchased land at Wainfleet Road, Boston, on which it intends to deliver 122 affordable homes.
The development will provide 85 homes for social rent and 37 for shared ownership, across a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom houses and bungalows.
The project is being delivered in partnership with Langcroft, Seagate Homes and Boston Borough Council.
L&G will also work in collaboration with Housing 21, which is delivering a further 36 social rent bungalows for retirement living under the overall planning permission for the site. The project benefits from £12m grant funding from Homes England.
