SJK Properties has completed two lettings at the Clifton Court office scheme in Cambridge.
Neatframe has doubled its footprint at Clifton Court, relocating to two refurbished first floor suites and a ground floor unit totalling 5,292 sq ft, and used goods retailer WeBuyVintage has signed for 1,721 sq ft of additional office space at the scheme.
Following completion of the lettings, the 2,542 sq ft Unit CC9 has become available, which will be refurbished and made available for occupation from the summer at a guiding rent of £37/sq ft.
